Letting go and embrace

From October 4th to 6th, we were pleased to receive for the second time the visit of the Salvadoran psychologist and secular carmelite Verónica Cativo, along with her husband at the Hogar Monte Carmelo. She gave a new workshop on human development called Let go and embrace, so that the girls could address the issue of forgiveness and loss, to provide them with tools and resources that could facilitate their understanding and acceptance of those situations that require healing and letting go, so they do not impede their personal growth and can be able to embrace the present and their life.
